Gurleen Singh,
Master Trigonometry from basics to JEE-level concepts with hands-on lessons, identities, graphs, formulas, and problem-solving for complete exam readiness.
-
Level
-
2x per week
-
2000 students
- By the end of this course, students will develop a strong understanding of Trigonometric concepts, formulas, and applications. They will be able to solve complex problems, interpret trigonometric graphs, and confidently apply their knowledge to competitive exams like JEE and other academic assessments.
Curriculum Overview
This gig is perfect for you if you want to ace the concepts of Trigonometry and want to do well in competitive exams like JEE.
Lesson 1: Trigonometric Ratios in a right-angled triangle
- We will learn about the six trigonometric ratios and their application in a right-angled triangle.
Lesson 2: Trigonometric Identities and their applications
- We will learn about the 3 basic Trigonometric identities and do quality problems of conversions.
Lesson 3: Concept of angle
- We will learn the three systems of measurement of angle and the interconversion if angle between these three systems.
Lesson 4:Trigonometric ratios for any angle
- We will learn the results of Trigonometric ratios in different quadrants and how to find the Trigonometric ratios for any angle.
Lesson 5: Graphs of Trigonometric Functions
- We will learn how to make the graphs of the six Trigonometric functions, along with a detailed discussion on their domain, range, and other specifications.
Lesson 6: Compound angle formulae
- We will learn the compound angle formulae and their basic applications.
Lesson 7: Multiple angle formulae
- We will learn the double-angle and triple-angle formulae, obtain some important results, and do some quality problems.
Lesson 8: Submultiple angle formulae
- We will learn the submultiple angle formulae, like the angle formulae, and learn how to apply them.
Lesson 9: Transformation formulae
- We will learn the transformation formulae from sum to product and product to sum.
Lesson 10: Question practice of all formulae
Lesson 11: Trigonometric ratios for special angles
- We will learn how to calculate the Trigonometric ratios of some specific angles like 22.5, 15, 75, 18, 36, and 7.5 (degrees).
Lesson 12: Maximum and Minimum values of Trigonometric functions
- We will learn how to calculate the maximum and minimum values of various Trigonometric functions.
Lesson 13: Trigonometric equations
- We will learn how to solve Trigonometric equations to obtain a general solution and a number of solutions and do some trivial problems.
Lesson 14: Question practice of Trigonometric equations
- We will do more quality problems on Trigonometric equations and learn how to solve them by formulae learnt and graphically.
Lesson 15: Solutions of Triangles
- We will learn the basic formulas involving the sides of triangles and the Trigonometric ratios of the angles.
Lesson 16: Previous year JEE problems
- We will conclude this lesson with a final session of JEE's PYQs and try to solve them easily.
