The learning goal of this course is to empower participants to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga, focusing on mindful movement, enhancing flexibility, and reducing stress. Through a supportive and inclusive environment, students will cultivate physical and mental well-being while building a sense of community and personal achievement.

A small, clear space is required. Please have water for hydration and optionally, a mat or pad for exercises performed on knees or on the ground.

Parental guidance is recommended to ensure your child stays hydrated and rests as needed. Rest assured, we will incorporate plenty of water and breathing breaks throughout the session.
