About Course
In this ongoing beginner series, Dance Class 💃 will lead participants through a warm-up featuring floor stretches and standing exercises. Starting with basic floor stretches, the session will progress to explore movement through fundamental gross motor skills with various dance games. Transitioning to standing exercises, including basic dance steps and more dance games, each week will have a themed approach with music and games aligning with the chosen theme. The session will end on a high note with a fun game of Freeze Dance! 🎶
