The goal of this course is to build students' confidence in their acting abilities through improvisation and mirror exercises while enhancing vocal techniques and physical expression. They will develop character creation skills, learn to analyze scripts, and perform compelling scenes. The course fosters empathy and creativity through role-playing and scene work, emphasizing collaboration and spontaneity. Students will also improve focus and concentration, understanding the connection between personal identity and acting. Additionally, the course aims to develop essential life skills such as reading comprehension, self-confidence, and empathy through engaging activities, games, and exercises that reinforce acting fundamentals in a fun learning environment.

Students are encouraged to practice class skills and activities at home with adults or friends. Instructors may assign brief practice tasks between sessions to prepare for upcoming classes. Students will receive constructive verbal feedback during activities to aid their learning and growth.
