Ms. Dupree is an amazing, kind, and thoughtful yoga teacher that tries to teach to the needs of each student during each class. She presents mindfulness for young ones in an easy to understand way that enables them to visualize how mindfulness looks when applied by the individual. This class is a wonderful way to bring a bit of peace, kindness, and self reflection to an often hectic and stressful week (especially during exams or projects)!
