Curriculum Overview
This self-paced class invites learners to thoughtfully explore HIIT (high intensity interval training). Expect a fun, fast-paced workout that combines strength-building and cardio along with relaxing guided meditations.
Course includes:
- Instructional videos for HIIT workout, warm-ups, and cool-down. For these, I offer verbal instruction, visual demonstrations, and options for modifications.
- Guided Meditation Video
As a certified Yoga Educator, I strive to empower young learners and teens in their physical fitness journeys.
