Mindfulness is a technique you can learn which involves noticing what's happening in the present moment, without judgement. You might take notice and be aware of your mind, body or surroundings. Mindfulness Practices in this course include video & audio recordings and written prompts with:
- Meditations for relaxation and stress reduction.
- Mindful movement & breathing activities to increase body awareness and release tension.
Process Art is a way of making art that focuses more on the process than the final outcome. Process Art Explorations in this course include demonstration + inspiration videos & written prompts featuring:
-Invitations to engage with art prompts that encourage experimentation, connection and reflection
-Emphasis on embracing imperfection and celebrating the creative process.
