Curriculum Overview
This self-paced class invites learners to thoughtfully explore the concept of physical and mental strength. Expect a fun workout focused on strength-building exercises along with relaxing guided meditations.
In this self-paced course I offer physical exercises and meditations suitable for all levels.
Course includes:
• Instructional videos for strength-building workout, warm ups and cool down. For these I offer verbal instruction, visual demonstrations and options for modifications.
• Guided Meditation Video
As a certified Yoga Educator I strive to empower young learners and teens in their physical fitness journeys.
